Public Law

Public law involves all relationships and interactions between individuals and the government. When an individual receives a decision from the government, typically from an administrative body such as a department or tribunal, they have the right to have the decision appealed. This is called "judicial review". There is almost always a right of appeal to a higher level of government or to the court available.
